Our classroom expectations are important because they can help us understand what to do in class. They can also help us to not be confused when we come into class. A few of our expectations are to come into class at zero. The second one was that we should walk into class at zero. We should never ask questions during the Do Now. When Mr.Mogg is picking up papers we should pass them to the asile. If you have a question you should raise your hand and wait to be called on. To get out of your seat you need permission first. If your pencil breaks you should raise your pencil in the air. If you are sick and miss a day of school you should call a teammate and ask for notes. If you have to use the bathroom, raise your hand with 3 fingers. If we transmition to group work you should wait for permission.

I’m going to tell you about our class expectations.I’m also going to tell you why they’re important. One of our classroom expectations is to go to your mailbox when you enter class. This is important because you need to be urgent getting to your seat to start your Do Now.The second one is to be at zero when you enter class. This is important because you don’t want to disturb your teammates. The third one is to not ask any questions during the Do Now at any time. This is important because you need to finish your Do Now so you’ll be ready for your classwork. The fourth one is to pass your paper to the aisle when Mr.Mogg is collecting papers. This is important because the papers will be organized and he can make sure he got everyone’s paper. The fifth one is to raise your hand when you want to say something. This is important because you don’t want to disrupt the class. The sixth one is to not get out of your seat without permission. This is important because teammates could get distracted and you could lose learning time. The seventh one is to pick up trash around your area and then throw it in the trash. This is important because you need to keep your classroom clean. The eighth one is to clip away all your papers in the right section before you leave. This is important because you need to be organized so you can find everything the next day.

  3. We have expectations everywhere you go. When you enter the classroom you have specific expectations. You will do all these things silently. You will SILENTLY go to your mailbox without going around the classroom talking and saying hey to anyone. Next you will Go to your seat SILENTLY and get your homework out from last night and lay it on the top left hand corner of your desk and start your DO NOW.Then when you finish challenge yourself. There are many ways you can challenge yourself you can read a book. You can ask to get up and get a book to do a book report. Expectations are really important. They are important because they are there for you to follow and achieve. there are expectations so that you can make a good expression if their is a visitor and so that you can be urgent. That is why we have expectations and why they are important.

  4. Vondra Patrick says:

The classroom expectations are coming in greeting mr.mogg and going to your mailbox. We do not take the longest way to go to our mailbox because we need to get down to work and make sure we are focused. We have no time for talking to our friends and no time for games we are focused on our class and ready to get our day started. We do not raise our hand to ask mr.mogg a question because he will not accept it. we will not shout out when other teammates are speaking or we do not make a mean comment on what someone says. If we have a question or a thought we need to wait until that teacher or teammate calls on us.
